First off was the Dr to talk about my low iiron levels. I showed her the info the blood donors  gave me and was a bit shocked at how low it is. She took a blood sample, had a feel of my stomach and asked questions. I am being referred to the hospital for an endoscopy and have  to send a sample to the hospital for analysis. She scared me a bit . 

Home to hand  wash a few things, then a trip to Aldi. I have a feeling I did something else but I can't remember. An afternoon on the sofa.
