Does anyone else think this looks like an owl?

Although I pass it frequently, it took me by suprise today. Perhaps I should get my eyes tested.

Walking with Sarah later. She wants to hear all about the wedding. Hetty will be "thrilled" to be in the company of her mad dog, Stella!!
