Wednesday

Much chillier when we left the house this morning but we soon warmed up once we got moving.

We walked the long route to town then looked for books in the charity shops.

On the way home we stopped at the Caen Hill cafe to enjoy a drink and to chat with the staff and with Jo.

After lunch, we left Hetty at home whilst we went to Trowbridge. I wanted socks and pants if you must know!

The photo is my niece with her niece. Fi looks just like her auntie did at that age.

Daughter had her regular 3 month brain injury checkup with the mental health nurse. Apparently, there's a particular type of therapy that uses eye movements to deflect emotions. It was suggested she tries it. Her current therapist sessions make her cry and she does lots of that without therapy. The cost is hefty too. Still negotiating a difficult road.
