Bugnes

I think the nearest thing to these would be called angel wings? They are a traditional pastry, made with very thin strips of dough fried and dusted with icing sugar. They can be called “oreillettes” too. We tend to have them for most big festivals or celebrations. So today, we met up at one of my cousins to make them. There were 8 of us (extra),  and the dough had been done in advance, so we did a bit of a production line and ended up with 4 boxes in just over two hours.
I did a bit of shopping with my sister in the afternoon and in the evening, I went to eat with another member of family and her son.
