Wednesday

Went back and forward about going up to Toppings today. It's just so easy to stay on the sofa. Eventually mid afternoon I left the house and wandered up. Spent a good wee while searching for books, I wanted one specific one and as usual Toppings came up with the goods. I had a couple of vouchers so was able to pick a few more. 
I decided to go for a tea after to read my current book and all of a sudden felt panicky and felt like I was in the real world and it didn't feel good. I wanted to leave but I also felt stuck and physically couldn't get off the seat. When I  did I just wanted to be transorted to my sofa; back into my little world and not this busy, noisy world.
