Golden Reflections

At the end of a sunset walk with Lovetrees and Meg.   Meg had the run of the riverbank path with all livestock in fields far away and across the river so she covered more miles than us and came back rather muddier!   I had to employ the trick of treats on the far side of the bath to get her where I needed her before showering off the worst.  Thankfully it was only her legs so I didn't have to run the gauntlet of facing a soggy long haired doggy shake!!

A lovely day here on the coast weatherwise.  I dropped a few more pieces of pottery at the craft shop on the way to pottery late morning.  Two small vases glazed and ready for firing.  A happy afternoon in a warm sunlit kitchen rustling up a mushroom and onion quiche to share with Lovetrees at tea time before the walk.  She heads home tomorrow .... the town will seem just a little smaller.   Good friends are worth their weight in gold whether in blipland or beyond :-)
