Evening Rays

A breezy day, and rained all morning.  It dried up in the afternoon, some sunny spells too.  A cold and cloudy evening. 

Up at 5am, another early shift in the airport.  A chaotic morning with delays, some weather related.  Mam and dad got bumped off two flights, but finally got away.  Smoother operations in the afternoon.  I was boarding flights in the morning, on the check-in desk in the afternoon.  A quiet evening at home, walkies with Sammy, mostly feet up. 

A fine evening walk, I was hoping I might have caught a sunset, but it was way too cloudy.  As we walked along the road, the clouds broke for a bit, and the sun pierced through.  Looking like it might be a better weekend, some more sunshine would be wonderful.  The late evening sun over Bridgend, Burra.
