Meet Molly

With a whole day in Kirkintilloch at our disposal Martin and I hatched a food- focussed plan involving shopping for tasty lunch options & cooking. We made a simple lunch with items Ian and Ray hadn’t had for a while and stuffed the freezer with homemade lasagne, meat (for Ian) and veggie (for Ray).

The enthusiastic reception was really heartwarming and I’m considering how we can support them from 400 miles away. The icing on the cake was a visit from sister in law Helen with Molly their adorable cocker poo.
