Martin's Mum Ray has had a lot to deal with in the last months and it's been tough for both her and Ian.  It's been really good to physically be there for a while to understand what is going on and offer love, support, listening and cooking skills...

Thank-you to Ben and Andrew for looking after the cat at late notice.

We left Kirkintilloch this morning and made the 400 mile journey home in time for the end of the penalties in the Man United match against Coventry.  Yikes!
