Cat on a 7 foot post

I think she has spent the most part of the day outside.. and is eating like a horse for the past 24 hours.  She only returned indoors while the grass was cut.. she doesn't like those noises or hoover noises much.  
I have also spent a large part of the day out.. coffee in the garden and sowing of seeds and planting up my dahlias which seem to have survived the winter inside and have some shoots.. keeping my fingers crossed!
