How to annoy a chessplayer?

Many chess players have the habit of first straightening the pieces at the start of the game, and really in the middle of the fields. This demonstration board hung on the wall of the competition room today. A player was so annoyed by the crooked hanging of the pieces on the wall that before he started his game he not only straightened the pieces on his board, but also those on the wall. 'There. Now we can start' sounded in the silent hall when he had finished. And so the game started with a bit of a laugh.

E and his team lost. Better luck tomorrow hopefully, in the Belgium competition. Not likely, because a way stronger rated opponent, but who knows...
