A Quiet Day

It started out as quite a pleasant weather day and ended up cool and breezy - it never rained but it sure felt like it was going to!

I puttered around the courtyard garden for a while - potting up tomato and pepper plants into bigger pots and moving the plants that overwintered in the garage to a shady spot in the courtyard.

I was really tired today - no reason that I can think of other than my body needing a rest. So I napped with Sophie the kitty on the couch this afternoon.

This luscious foliage is hellebore and sorrel just after I watered this morning. You don’t always need flowers for a beautiful garden!
