Camassia

I first became aware of these beautiful blue plants a few years ago, when I went with a friend to Arley Hall.

She bought two and enjoyed them for the rest of the year. I was too much of a skinflint and regretted not buying any.

Last year, I planted some bulbs and really enjoyed them, although they didn’t last long.

This year I’ve done the same and two tubs are sitting on either side of my front door…..

Since being introduced to them, I’ve been aware of them in so many garden centres. Yes. They are beautiful.

And I’m really nervous about our game this afternoon !!  Wish Forest a lucky win,  please……..
