Earth Day

Oh lads - another cracker - and I reckon it got as warm as 20C today.  I had to nip into Bantry to get some tick stuff for the cat as she is sporting two very large ones. Unlike previous cats - one of whom would disappear as soon as she saw the packet - Rua is very nonchalant about the whole thing and is hopefully sorted.

Himself continues to work around the reed beds and I've done a bit of low key this and that. My good deed for the day was rescuing this tiny orange tip from the polytunnel where it was wilting. I carefully popped it on the red campion where it obligingly waited for me to get my camera before flying off. 

A nice sight for Earth Day.
