A visit to RHS Bridgewater

Met up with my daughter, Karen, for a lovely visit to this garden. Garden is a vast understatement. There are flower beds, raised flower beds, water features, lakes, woodland, sculptures, pagodas, follies, swings, cafes, and far too many things to list! It's a wonderful place.
Walking around it is never hard because the paths are excellent and even the grassy routes are well-kept. There are no steep inclines and you'll see a lot of wheelchairs and mobility scooters because it caters for them. There are lots of fun things for children. You'll find plenty of places to sit as you explore the different areas.
There is a large garden centre with many kinds of plants. A big gift shop.
Parking is free, which is a bonus. Karen is a member and can take me in for free.
Only a stroll away is the canal which also makes for interesting walks.
We love it.
