Tulip Festival

Had a meet up with the old farm manager today at the Lilly Pad cafe in Burnby Hall Gardens. Despite the chill wind and the weather forecast there were many people visiting the gardens to see the Tulips. As well as the huge pots along the various walk ways there are striking swaths of them throughout the gardens.
We talked of old times and our recovery (both having had the valve replacement op) and our future hopes and agreed we must do the meet up more often.
