Alpacas enjoying the sun

The Puffin Pool for a dip first thing. Not that warm again this week. No Anne so think she must still be away on holiday.
Afterwards we picked up David and went to Unwinded for breakfast. The oven has been replaced so everything was back on the menu. I had eggs Benedict, Mike had poached egg and salmon on toast and David had a breakfast burger. The burger had two sausages, bacon, egg, rocket, cheese and a tomato relish all in a roll for £6. Very good food but it did take about 30 minutes to arrive and we were the only ones in there.
The roadworks have now gone so we were able to get up the Loch Kinellan. We had a walk up to see the goats and the alpacas. One of them gave a lovely smile for the camera :)
Swallows and house martins have arrived. A female mallard swam by with her newly hatched ducklings and we saw a very handsome Slavonian grebe :)
