Today's plan was for more gardening and/or trip to Levens Hall for a wander.  

That was the plan.  But we became mesmerised by Dopesick on tv.  The programme examines how one company triggered the worst drug epidemic in American history.  Very well done and starring Michael Keaton.


Off to Yoga later this afternoon and it will be good to move about after so much tv!
