Drama Larma

Took Darwin to a secure field this morning and left Kilda at home to rest. The field next to us had some Larma’s in them but Darwin couldn’t see them. He had a great time running around finding us and chasing after his ball. Got back and went out for a long run to check out the route for the half marathon in a few weeks time, its all roads but there is a nasty hill part way around which we will have to go up 4 times. Turned into a hard 18K run where my foot didn’t work properly. Got back and J had taken her dad out to buy a new TV so the afternoon was spent changing them over on the wall. Quick trip to Tesco’s to get some food for tomorrow and fuel before collecting a Chinese for dinner and having a quiet night in
