Notes: Stiff and a bit achy, woke before 6a. Did qigong and yoga first thing - and lo and behold, another cockroach appeared right in front of me (that's 3 now - a definite msg of some kind). Busy then from 830a on w/ what felt like 1000 work things, numerous Zooms, projects, questions, tasks coming at me from all angles. Quick meal heated from freezer after 3p, finally got a little time at the pool after 5p ... that might be a first! Rinsed then and had to do a bit more work on a file to submit to Watermark magazine for printing. Finally was able to relax tho a lot on my mind. Contacted several House Sitter places today, around here and one year-long one in CO btw Denver and Boulder. Streamed shows ~615-9p. So stinkin' hot - was 83 inside by the time I turned the AC back on at 9p.
