Bluebell run

Bluebells en masse don't photo well with the wee camera but I wasn't taking th ebig one out running.
It was a morning of housework and an afternoon of gardening, with the weather being better than expected. So the floors are clean, more seedlings are in the beds, the grass has been cut (Mr Rat) and dead wood removed from the plum tree. I think the tree is dying off, one main branch is dead and the foliage is sparse - but it is 40+ years old.
This evening was our, now annual, bluebell run so we were pleased not to have had rain for a while to dry out the paths. The bluebells were still looking good but won't be much longer.
