Knee Destruction

Having had a partial knee replacement 9 months ago, today I went for total destruction.
I've managed to hit my patella so hard it is easy for a layman (pun intended) to view the x-ray and know it doesn't look good. Broken at least in to two pieces if not more. It hurts. The replacement was less painful to have done.
That's me off my feet for a couple of weeks and then some. I must learn to be more careful.
