Reflections

The glass-paned dividing 'wall' between our sitting room and dining area is hinged with a door. If I open the door at the right angle, then you can still see the garden when sitting on the side without a view, as it is reflected in the door. Or a big chunk of it is! You can also see the black bird-profiles stuck to the window, which are designed to discourage real birds from flying into the glass.

Today has been like a summer's day with a bright blue, cloudless sky. Lovely and warm, too, but with a breeze that stopped it being too hot. After the Bugglesworth family had left for home (via our daughter's), we took ourselves for an early evening walk. Very pleasant it was, too! Saw lots of slugs, even though it's been dry today. But they weren't in our garden, so that's fine!
