the workhouse

I came across this interesting old building and thought it was worth a blip.

It was part of the old Cirencester workhouse and was moved to this spot from Gloucester St.

It is in such an unlikely place right in front of a row of fairly modern terraced houses. I have no idea why they moved it here! Looks so out of place.
