A Curve of Foxglove Flowers

The weather was much better today, it stayed dry all day even though it looked like it might rain, so H and I were able to enjoy an afternoon walk around Kelling Heath.

I don't know about you but I find it difficult to successfully capture the beauty of foxgloves, their upright stature makes cropping into the beautiful flowers difficult as one inevitably loses part of the flower stem.  Then, if photographed to get the whole flower stem included then the attractive close-up details of the bell-shaped bloom is not so prominent.  Anyway this is my attempt.

The extra is one of the pretty yellow iris flowers around the pond in Kelling Holiday Village.
