" Forest bathing"

 
It’s been a day for some quiet solitude and a walk in Mine woods for some “forest bathing”.

Oh yes and lengthy phone calls with Welsh relatives wanting ot know if we are coming to Wales for the Hay Festival. Sadly, we are not.
