D out on a mission for his week's supplies and various medicaments. I was trying to figure out which songs to leave out, having only a 45 min set tomorrow.

In the evening we went to the pub to meet Malc and S, back from having a lovely time in Oz - initially the Brass Monkey but it turned out to be quiz night which was quite loud and obtrusive if you just wanted a blether. So we went round the corner to the Bowler's Rest, which S had discovered had become quite an acceptable pub since its makeover (local craft beers - Pilot I think) - what a pleasant surprise! Good to know.
