A Day For Mom To Smile

Mom (spot the older woman on the right) is being visited by her only granddaugher, Cailtlin (center), who arrived this evening from Buffalo, New York and her daughter-in-law, Lore', who lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I have never seen my mom any happier than when she is around one of her two grandchildren. Once she moved to Arizona about 9 years ago, she has only been able to see them once a year for a few days when she visits Buffalo in the summer.

Caitlin is now entering her third year at University studying Linguistics. She is fluid in six languages. Mom is so proud of her.

She'll stay until next Saturday. Mom will be grinning every moment she is in the room with her. She is grateful that her grandchildren love her as much as she loves them.
