A cute, crane chick

I saw this beauty on my way back from walking the dogs this morning ( I seem to start a lot of my blips this way!)
There he was , standing in the middle of the road.
I guess he/she is about two feet tall.
I spotted his parents not far away and I was glad to see the chick going under the wire and into a field to meet up with them.
I was so lucky
