On the move

We have been on the road most of the day going to our second stopover in Brasov.  This is a much better hotel and our room has this beautiful view.  On our way to Brasov we stopped at a winery in Prahova which is the country's wine producing area.  We saw the whole process.  And then we sampled 2 white sparkling wines and a.gentle red.  There was some delicious cheese too.  We then had lunch at the winery restaurant.  It was delicious and included more wine!!

Earlier in the journey we had visited Peles Castle in Sinaia which I already knew. Completed in 1883 for King CaroI l of Romania in a Neo Renaissance style (in my opinion heavy and dark but quite beautiful)
