BMX is a Lotta Fun

Wow. What a hot day. It's been a fun one too. All work stuff not really worth boring the world with. The best bit was spending a bit of time on the BMX track taking piccies. The light is awful, especially for moving objects such as BMX's.

Having a rather wonderful yirgacheffe sedie from Square Mile...hmmmmm juicy mango and wild strawberries on V60. Great coffee signalling the start of the best time of year for tasty beans. Indoor swimming now...gah... Tempted to just head down to the Quays and swim there but didn't bring my bike lock.
