Anyway, German Grand Prix today, so I closed all the curtains and settled down to cheer on Mr Alonso in his Scarlet Ferrari. The race was won by Vettel ( he's getting boring now, in a very Schumacher-esque way ), but it was very entertaining - the first time I've ever witnessed a driverless car rolling backwards along the track . . . . .

Later on I took another stroll along the local canal to Rough Wood, and photographed the blue sky reflected perfectly in the calm water. It was only as I was uploading that I noticed I'd taken the shot in virtually the same place as yesterdays shot . . . . .
