Light and shadow

On a day when there was a bright blue sky to have as a backdrop, and flowers of various colours in enticing corners of Benmore Gardens, I couldn't resist this tree with its mossy branches spotlit by the late afternoon sun. The gardens were a great place to spend a hot afternoon - especially after the arduous climb yesterday.
