Jasmine

A perfect weekend in London with some of my favourite people and today was a jasmine day. When I woke up I took photographs of Georgia's beautiful jasmine plant that clambers around the back door in her sunny fairy garden, surrounded by herb pots, Tibetan prayer flags and driftwood.

When I came back into the house after taking photos, there was a scent of jasmine in the air because Georgia had been spraying her beautiful room spray Jasmine Angel Heart. She makes room and aura sprays with flower essences, crystal water and aromatherapy oils and they are gorgeous.

Jasmine has star-shaped flowers and the flower essence works on an esoteric level to bring greater understanding of the cosmos through astronomy and astrology. Physically, it is useful for mucous problems such as lung congestion, pneumonia, the cold, congestion in the nasal passage, sinuses throat and lungs. And on a mental level it stimulates mental clarity and enables you to be more practical.
