Celebrating friendship! That was the message I was given by my friend James when I asked if I could post his mug this morning. The shot was taken as we were mucking about in the gym this morning before we stuffed ourselves with an omelet an hour later. It's good to have good friends.

And that is the message for the day - celebrate your friends - this cold day in July when those of us in the southern hemisphere are wearing sweaters and the rest of you are sweating your brains out! Ummm...can we have some of our sun back!
