The best Apple.......

Sunday....very cold day.

I have been a bit unmotivated these past couple of days....today has been really bad, and I have told myself that from tomorrow I must get cracking and do more each day.!

The weather hasn't helped , really cold wind , and all I really want to do is sit inside by the fire and read my book......and eat apples.

I have found the best tasting apples around, NZ grown of course, called Ambrosia, and am currently eating 3 a day!
They are so crunchy and sweet, just really yummy.

At least they are keeping me away from chocolate!
