Lily from the cafe.....

Monday...cold and wet yet again!

What a wild night it was last night, thought the roof was going to lift off! I like to drift off to sleep listening to the rain on the roof but not like that.....it would have at least have been nice to have woken up to a bit of snow on the lawn , but all we have is alot of soggy ground.

Managed to do a catch up in the office, Ella occupied herself nicely elsewhere in the house, and then we went out and about for a while.

Ended up in one of our favourite cafes for a bite to eat... and this is the beautiful Lily who has the run of the place there!
The owners have been bringing her to work since she was puppy and she is at home there with her smart little kennel outside and on a day like today she has her spot on this chair......

She really is a lovely natured dog, she runs up to Ella every time we arrive and drops a toy at her feet and wants to play games, and now Ella wants a dog just like Lily......once our elderly Minnie is no longer with us of course.
(Banjo would just have to tolerate a newcomer!)
