Great Edinburgh Run 2013

Over the past few weeks Mr hazelh has been busy training his cousin for the 2013 Great Edinburgh Run. Here she is warming up just before the start. Her time was 51'36' for 10k, which is not bad for her first ever race (and a good deal faster than what I could achieve!)

My exercise today was a 15 mile tandem ride to Musselburgh and back via Luca's ice cream parlour. The beach at Portobello was absolutely packed with families enjoying the wonderful summer weather.
