We had a great day out today with a visit to Perth Zoo with Sara our Daughter & the boys Koen & Jacob. (With only a light sprinkle of rain) On the drive home, we passed,
The Old Swan Brewery Site, the complex was originally built in 1838 as a mill for timber-cutting As well as flour-grinding. These were the first steam driven mills in Western Australia, they were later taken over as one of the first convict depot (following the acceptance of convict transportation by the colony in 1850), the buildings were subsequently between 1859 and 1879 used as a tannery, and at one time contained a restaurant used by travellers between between Perth and Fremantle, in 1877 it was acquired by the Swan Brewery Company. The brewery buildings constructed in 1879 on the Swan River Foreshore beneath mount Eliza became one of Perth's dominant and favourite landmarks. It was surrounded by complex of other buildings which have since been demolished or redeveloped.
(The best i could come up with for "VINTAGE" for the Challenge today)
After the Brewery closed down, it was made into residential apartments, as well as a pub and a fine restaurant inside too.

in the far distance is the Tree Too Walk or the "Federation Walk" is its correct name. This was opened in 2003 and is currently one of Kings Parks and Botanic Gardens most popular tourist attractions.
The walkway extends 620 meters through the Botanic Garden, its a 52m high glass and steel arched bridge suspended amongst a canopy of tall eucalyptus trees.
