Yummy garlic

Day 3 in Southern France.
Went to visit one of the many local stands selling fruits and vegetables directly from the farm. Sometimes it's not even a stand, more like a table, an umbrella and a chair, on the side of the road. You can almost see the cantaloupes growing in front of your eyes.
It was interesting to see the garlic drying out there. This garlic was picked about 2 weeks ago and is now dry enough. This particular variety is called the violet garlic, noticeable by the purple hints in the outer skin. Very flavorfull, strong but not pungent.
