Passed!

Yesterday, 15th July, the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill had its Third Reading in the House of Lords in London. This means that Lesbian, gay and bisexual couples in England and Wales will be able to marry from next spring subject to consideration of amendments in the House of Commons.

This is a technicality, as the Bill made it through the Lords without any material amendments, and the Bill will now receive Royal Assent and become law.

Its about time we had some sense from those tosspots in Westminster, if you ask me.

The image we see here is a wedding invitation I received recently from two lovely women who I met a couple of years ago through Norwich Pride.

Their celebration is planned for June 2014 and I have been asked to do the photographs for them.
