Cows About That Then

Day two in The Dales was just as brilliant as day one.

That'll be great Whernside in the background that some of the more foolish erstwhile runners ran AGAIN at dawn.

I was more content with a walk and this was taken just at the moment before all the other cows in the field started all mooing together at the sight of me with my camera like some frog dawn chorus, minus the frogs obviously

After a massive photo session of two hours I did the sensible thing and went off for a bike ride and a run

There was a whole load of sport this weekend, swimming, biking and running, I think I may start to like triathlon. Anyone know of any famous triathletes I should follow ???
