Shifted Cosmo

One more time... This one is shot with an older, manual focus 35mm, f/2.8 shift lens mounted on the D800. This one was used for city architecture. It helps with keeping the perspective correct when shooting large buildings. They're quite amazing contraptions.

I programmed the lens into the custom settings of the camera. Shot manually, and the RAW file was tweaked a little for exposure and cropped tighter for 4x6 as this is not a close-up lens. I shifted the focus just off center to the left. A much softer effect than the previous two, and a much smoother or consistent bokeh. Kind of like bokeh with a limited personality.
