Heart Melter

I'm travelling all week for meetings with very long days, except today where I could actually catch up on 'normal' work.

I hate being sat around a lot so managed to get to spin/RPN/mad sweaty cycling class which was more of a challenge with the heat but a great workout.

I met this little cutie in the gym reception, 8 weeks old and full of character when she woke up. The picture is bad as it was a quick iPhone with probably shaky hands/legs after spin and low light but she deserves to be my blip today.
