For Sale

This "almost" counts to meet the Challenge today, this stands on a vacant block that overlooks this little lot of mixed boats Mindarie Marina, its been "for sale" for a couple of years and today i noticed someone slapped the happy face sign on the bill board, quit happy to be rid of it i would think!
There are a couple more blocks each side of this one if anyone else is interested?
