Reminiscing

This afternoon I took a trip over to Shawbost to attend a series of talks on the late Dr Norman Morrison who came from the village. It was very interesting, especially seeing his photography that was done with wet collodion glass plates.

Many of the people in attendance have some sort of link to the people in the photographs, and there was plenty of time for reminiscing over a cup of tea and a slice of cake whilst viewing the photographs.
