Over the fence....

....in next doors back garden is the most beautiful Magnolia tree. It was planted by the previous owners of the house and is quite mature now, and absolutely splendiferous at this time of the year.

I took some more photos, zooming in on the masses of blooms, but chose this photo for the contrast of the palm leaves behind the flowers.
