Medical support

I was positively shocked when I saw one of the N Syrian clinics. It's run by a Syrian NGO in a small town and equipped as good as emergency hospitals in my country. Unfortunately it's kind of "exception to the rule" as most of medical facilities are poorly equipped and lack even basis medicines very often. My Syrian medical friends do a great job there!
