The Formula Child racing.
They need very little encouragement to release their inner racing car and will find it fun for a minimum of six laps.
You can race them all together or pool them in categories.
Here we have a Mimi 3cc (Cruising Child) trying to catch up with the 5cc competitors ahead of her.

Equipment required: nil
Cost: minimal (they need to be topped up with Ribena and apples every 12 laps).
