Well Gel.....

It's difficult to work in an office in this 30 degree heat without air conditioning!

The electric fans are in full blast but the best way to cool down on a Friday is to pop down to the local gelateria ;)

Steve, my fellow partner in dessert; my cake Friday comrade decided we give gateau a break and opt for ice-cream instead.

I didn't argue.
